Your User ID is a unique number that identifies your CandyJar account. It's different from your username, you don't need to be logged in to find it, and it contains no personal information — it just helps our support team find your account instantly.
How to find your User ID
- Open the CandyJar app on your device.
- Shake your phone — a pop-up will appear in the center of the screen.
- Your User ID will be displayed in the pop-up.
- Tap Copy Data to copy it (this also includes your app version and device info, which helps us troubleshoot faster).
- Paste it into your support message when you contact us.
Why do we ask for your User ID? It lets us find your account instantly — even if you signed up with a different email or changed your username. It's the fastest way for us to help you.
