Everything you need to know about renewals, cancellation, and payment details.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time and keep full access until your period ends.
How to cancel
- Purchased on candyjar.com: log in at candyjar.com and cancel from your subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals โ you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you want to cancel and get your money back, email our support team instead (refunds are only possible within 7 days of purchase).
- Apple App Store: follow Apple's cancellation guide. Once cancelled, your subscription shows an expiration date instead of a renewal date.
- Google Play: open the Play Store app โ profile icon โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ CandyJar โ Cancel subscription.
- Roku: manage auto-renewal at my.roku.com/subscriptions.
After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can resubscribe anytime through the app or website.
Updating your payment method
If you subscribed on our website, email our support team and we'll send you a secure link to update your payment details. If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, update your payment method in your device's store settings.
Two charges close together?
If a payment failed and later went through, you may see two charges near each other: one covering the missed payment and one for the regular renewal. This is most common on weekly plans and isn't a duplicate charge. If something still looks wrong, contact support and we'll check it for you.
